Moor Park, Rickmansworth

Moor Park is a striking mansion set in a golf club resort in Rickmansworth, on the border of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. It has over 300 acres of landscaped gardens, which makes for a stunning backdrop for wedding photos and video.

 

The venue is steeped in history dating back to 1680. It was built for the Earl of Bedford and the house has hosted Kings, Queens and Archbishops. It has an extensive art collection displayed on the walls and the ceilings are beautifully ornate, painted in the 17th Century - little details like these make exquisite shots as part of your wedding film and make the venue truly unique.

 

The house, which is a Grade I listed Palladian mansion, has many rooms to choose from inside. Outside, there are lovely features too like statues and fountains, so there are plenty of options for photos. We have also been lucky enough to film a firework display as part of a wedding evening reception.
