Rivervale Barn

As wedding videographers, Rivervale Barn seems to us to have been built with weddings in mind. It’s such a wonderful venue and offers a spacious layout whilst still creating an intimate personal feeling for every wedding.

 

The venue can be found in Hampshire on the stunning banks of the River Blackwater in Yateley. The venue comprises of two charming barns, elegant gardens with a courtyard and a romantic honeymoon cottage with is over 450 years old!

 

One of the great joys of the venue is that each room in the barns flows into the next, so couples don’t need to worry about their guests getting lost or feeling disorientated. 

 

The Ceremony Barn is where many couples choose to say their vows. The space is licensed for up to 150 guests during a civil ceremony and boasts large windows, oak panelling and a handy Minstrels Gallery all of which helps create a romantic setting for any wedding.

 

An exciting new addition to Rivervale Barn is the attention of The Spinney, which is the outdoor ceremony space. Couples who would like to make best use of the weather and the stunning gardens can choose to hold their wedding outside just a few meters away from the barns.

 

After the couples become married they can move on to the Reception Room which is a great place to enjoy that well earned drink with family and friends. During good weather, this room opens up to the Mediterranean Courtyard and the gardens which are always a perfect spot for great photographs and of course wedding videos!

 

For the wedding breakfast, couples move to the Dining Room, which is a truly stunning space with chandeliers and high ceilings. The food as you can imagine is second to none, the only limit to what is on offer is the couples’ imagination. It’s possible to choose a bespoke menu and selections can include such options as fine dining, gourmet extravagances and street food.
