Tudor Barn, Burnham

As local wedding videographers, The Tudor Barn in Burnham, Buckinghamshire is one of our top recommendations for a unique and historic wedding venue.

 

Built in around 1505 the barn still has its original beams and a truly wonderful central banquet hall where couples can enjoy their sumptuous wedding breakfast. Particularly helpful are the minstrel galleries which offer a perfect spot to film some great shots of the wedding breakfast and especially the First Dance and the festivities in the evening. 

 

One of our favourite parts to the venue is that couples have exclusive use all day. So the Bride and Groom and their guests can make full use of the six acres of beautiful gardens without fear of seeing any other wedding parties. The grounds are of course a wonderful location for the all important photos and family shots during the drinks reception.

 

Couples can marry in the Garden Room which holds up to 90 guests and has its own patio and lawn. Between March and October it’s also possible to hold Civil Ceremonies outside in the wedding gazebo. 

 

The main banquet hall is where couples can hold their wedding breakfast and it holds up to 130 guests and can then accommodate an extra 50 for the evening reception.

 

It is evident that there is always a very personal and friendly service from all the team and they really work hard to make each wedding as unique and smooth as possible.
